He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University in May 1994, building upon his academic foundation established at St. Brendan High School in Miami, where he graduated in June 1983. Complementing his electrical engineering background, Hector holds a professional certificate in HVAC Design, reflecting his comprehensive understanding of integrated MEP systems.

As a registered Professional Engineer in Florida (License #56115), Hector brings decades of technical expertise to complex engineering challenges across residential, commercial, hospitality, and restaurant projects. His multidisciplinary approach combines electrical engineering fundamentals with advanced HVAC design principles, enabling him to deliver innovative and efficient MEP solutions.
